• Heads down on a stealth startup. Building tools that help teams trust what AI agents do before they ship them.
• Writing more. Trying to get the things I think about all day, agents, evals, reliability, out of Slack and into actual essays.
• Rebuilding a 6th-gen iPod Classic. 1TB, USB-C, Bluetooth, a battery that lasts. Offline music still feels better than streaming.
• Tinkering with a telemetry setup that tracks what my local AI agents cost me to run. Mildly obsessed with where the tokens go.
